Is Your Learning Focus Being Sabotaged by "Invisible" Screen Fatigue?

In the field of Education and Physical Education, focus and visual clarity are essential for absorbing complex techniques and theories. However, I’ll make a strong affirmative statement: your academic productivity and mental endurance are being systematically undermined if you ignore the physical health of your display. I firmly believe that "hidden" hardware flaws—like backlight bleed or microscopic flickering—create a subconscious sensory strain that leads to headaches and "digital burnout" long before your study session ends. It is a fundamental contradiction to strive for peak physical and mental performance while viewing your curriculum through a hardware "window" that is visually noisy and defective. I’ve started using this black screen utility to perform a "display health check" before every deep-work session, ensuring my focus is as sharp as my physical form. Do you think "hardware hygiene" should be taught as part of digital literacy, or is worrying about pixel purity just a distraction from the actual learning?
